so i got my jewelry pieces back
i need to get photos of them
however, i don't have my portfolio from photography back.
i was supposed to get it back on wednesday
then i tried to get it on thursday
and now i have to wait until january to get it
im sad
but i have some matboard left over from my frantic mounting and matting of photos
so i can use it as a backdrop for....lots of stuff
my digital camera is dead
its cracked and the screen has been...strobng, for lack of a better word.
its been flasshing every time i attempt to turn on the camera
then it goes black
so im mad
and theres no way im getting a new camera for christmas
because im getting a car

it was my great uncles
he "crashed" it
put a little dent in the drivers door and the fender
then sold it to my dad
he also wnet out and bought a brand new tahoe

so for my six closest friends
i did portraits
they averaged two to three hours each
and coincided with finals week
i chose art over finals
they came out pretty good
two of them im going to redo over winter break
because i was on the verge of a meltdown when finishing them up
so they came out bad
but im very proud of myself
and i got a commission from one of my friends for her sister's gift.
so im happy.

and really fuzzy pj pants with tinkerbell and cupcakes on them
some friends are giving their gifts at a party next week
i wanted to see faces and reactions
so i gave them today
