I had SO much fun with this.
I took some poetry that I wrote today and put it on there.
When I've got the poem edited and everything I'll be posting it.

I don't know what inspired this, but it's the first abstract thing I've done and been proud of.

i had so much fun with it.
i was hyper and at an afterschool art program.
then the teacher had to pull out the tootsie rolls.
bad decision on her part hehe :)

yeah.
its students from 3 grades
and since im in the highest grade i know the art room better than they do, so i have a more free reign.
we do what we want, but we are given a topic at the beginning of the year.
we dont always follow the topic.
just enough to get 3 pieces done for the show.

I took art class, which was interesting, but not as much free reign I guess.
we have a drawing club, but it's really badly organized, haha, so I'm not part of it.

thats when id pretty much take over.
yeah...our district has money
but they dont put it to art as much as they should
but this program is fun.
a couple years ago we did a topic of pop art.
no one understood pop art until the end of the program.
it was really funny.
